Project Maintenance

John has over 30 years experience as a Carpenter-Foreman, including many specialty and safety certifications. John's strengths are communications, teamwork, quality control, time management, safety and problem-solving. John's a problem solver by nature and enjoys the unique opportunities his Bruner Realty position offers to put his skills to the test. John enjoys volunteering his time for community leadership projects including working with Habitat for Humanity, Middleton Outreach Ministry, and the Salvation Army.

John is married to his wonderful wife, Sharon, and they have two fun-loving sons, Mitchell and David. John enjoys playing almost any sport (a wee bit competitive), boating, fishing, hunting, golfing, woodworking and cheering on the Brewers, Badgers and Packers.
